Welcome to Dubai Lucky Draw. Dubai Lucky Draw is a brand of Dubai Big Lottery. These Terms & Conditions govern access to our platform, account registration, purchases of prize-draw tickets and participation in draws. “We”, “Us” and “Our” refer to Dubai Lucky Draw in its capacity as a brand of Dubai Big Lottery.

By using the platform or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms, the Game Rules, Privacy Policy and applicable draw-specific terms. Please review them before participating. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights prevail over any inconsistent provision.

You must be aged 18 or older, legally able to participate where you live and access the platform, and not subject to applicable sanctions or other restrictions. Access to the website from a place does not mean purchases are legally permitted there. We may request reasonable proof of eligibility and reject unlawful entries.

Each individual may maintain one personal account unless we authorise otherwise. Provide complete and truthful information, keep login credentials and OTPs confidential and promptly report suspicious access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your credentials except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Each prize draw is described on its own draw page. Ticket price, currency, purchasing limits, entry closing time and other conditions should be shown before purchase. A ticket is valid only when payment is completed and the entry is confirmed in our records. Third-party payment availability, checks and processing times may differ. We do not guarantee payment acceptance.

Confirmed entries generally cannot be cancelled merely because the purchaser changes their mind, except as stated in the draw-specific terms or required by law. Failed or duplicate charges, cancelled draws and billing errors will be assessed and remedied as required by law. Filing a chargeback does not confer an extra entry or create an entitlement to retain both the purchase refund and a prize.

Each draw is held at the announced time or as subsequently notified. Dubai Lucky Draw intends to broadcast scheduled draws live. The official selection outcome is established by verified draw records. Technical stream disruption, a missed winner call or a delayed result post does not automatically change the valid outcome. Detailed procedures appear in the Game Rules.

Prizes are the advertised items, not necessarily cash. Images may be illustrative; material specifications and conditions should be set out on the relevant draw page. Prizes are released only after winning-entry and account-holder verification. Delivery availability, collection location, warranty, tax, customs, insurance and registration obligations depend on draw-specific conditions and applicable law. Winners must follow communicated claim steps and lawful deadlines.

Do not use false identities, multiple unauthorised accounts, stolen instruments, bots, exploits, malware, scraping designed to disrupt services, abusive communications, or any device to manipulate tickets or draw outcomes. We may investigate and suspend relevant access or entries proportionately, and refer suspected unlawful conduct to competent authorities where permitted or required.

We may restrict accounts for suspected fraud, security incidents, identity-verification failure, breaches of these Terms or legal requirements. Where appropriate and lawful, affected customers will be able to contact support or appeal. Account closure does not automatically extinguish rights in a validly purchased ticket or duly awarded prize.

Text, logos, designs, graphics, software and other materials displayed on the platform belong to Dubai Lucky Draw, Dubai Big Lottery or their respective licensors. No licence to reproduce or commercially exploit these materials is granted except as expressly permitted.

Payment providers, streaming platforms, delivery companies and linked websites may apply their own separate terms. We are not responsible for independent third-party content. We remain responsible for our own obligations to customers to the extent required by law.

We use personal information as explained in the Privacy Policy for accounts, purchases, draws, winner verification, support, fraud prevention and lawful marketing. Operational communications about entries and claims may be required even if you opt out of promotional messages.

We aim to keep the platform accurate and accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may correct material listing errors and suspend entry sales while doing so. Remedies for already accepted tickets will follow the draw-specific terms and applicable law.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for unforeseeable indirect losses resulting from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. These Terms do not reduce non-waivable consumer rights.

If you have a problem with a ticket, result, claim or prize, first contact the official support channel published on the platform with your account and ticket reference. We will review the available records and provide a response. Any governing-law or jurisdiction provision must be separately confirmed to reflect the actual applicable legal requirements; no court or law is asserted here without verification.

We may publish updated Terms, with the effective date displayed on the website. Material changes affecting existing purchases will not be imposed retroactively where prohibited by law. If a specific draw has its own published conditions, read them together with these Terms.
