What is Dubai Lucky Draw?
Dubai Lucky Draw is a brand of Dubai Big Lottery offering ticket-based draws for advertised prizes such as electronics, gaming consoles, gold, vehicles and other products. Winners are selected at scheduled draws presented through live telecasts.
Is it the same as Dubai Big Lottery’s number-selection games?
No. Dubai Lucky Draw is a separate prize-draw experience. You purchase tickets for a particular advertised prize draw; you do not need to choose lottery numbers.
Are there daily or weekly raffle draws?
There is no fixed daily or weekly raffle programme. The scheduled date and time of each draw are shown in that draw’s listing.
Eligibility & Registration
Who can participate?
Only people aged at least 18 whose participation is permitted by applicable law and our platform restrictions. We may request proof of identity, age, address and eligibility.
How do I register?
Open the official Dubai Lucky Draw website, complete the registration process and provide accurate account information.
Can I participate from another country?
Only where participation is lawful and not restricted by the platform. Local laws may differ; access to the website does not itself establish eligibility.
Can I hold multiple accounts?
No. A customer should maintain only one personal account unless we expressly authorise otherwise.

How do I enter a draw?
Open a prize listing, review its price, prize details, closing time and draw conditions, choose the permitted ticket quantity and complete payment. An entry counts only once it is successfully recorded and confirmed.
How much does a ticket cost?

Can I purchase more than one ticket?
Only where the specific draw permits it, and subject to any purchase limits. Each valid ticket represents an entry, not a guaranteed win.
Which payment methods are supported?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may differ by location.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket?
Refer to the applicable Terms & Conditions and the published draw-specific terms. Refunds are not automatic after an entry has been validly confirmed, except where required by law or expressly provided by our policies.
Live Draws & Results
When does my draw take place?
Refer to the date and time stated in the prize listing and official announcements. Draws may be rescheduled when necessary; affected participants will be informed through official channels.
Can I watch the draw live?
Yes, scheduled prize draws are intended to be broadcast live via the official channels announced for that draw. Technical interruptions do not by themselves invalidate a duly conducted draw.
Will you call the winner live?
We may call winners during the show, but a missed call does not automatically cancel a legitimate win. Verification and prize-claim instructions will be communicated separately.
How will I know if I won?
Check the official result published on the platform. We may also contact the registered account holder using recorded contact details.
Prizes & Claims
Are prizes cash or physical products?
Dubai Lucky Draw focuses on the particular product or prize advertised on each draw page. A cash alternative is not offered unless the draw-specific terms expressly say so or applicable law requires it.
How do I claim my prize?
Follow the instructions sent to the verified registered account holder. We may request valid identity documents and delivery or collection information.
Who pays shipping, customs or taxes?
Any applicable charges and which party bears them should be stated in the draw’s specific terms or prize-claim notice, subject to applicable law. Do not assume cross-border delivery is included.
What if a prize is unavailable?
Any change or equivalent substitution will be handled in accordance with the published draw-specific terms and applicable consumer law.
Can I transfer my ticket or prize?
Tickets are linked to the registered purchaser and generally cannot be transferred. Prize transfer, if any, requires written approval and compliance with applicable law.
